Any delays or inaccuracies in client-provided materials may impact project timelines and outcomes.4. Communication and Data PrivacyEffective communication is essential for successful collaboration. We utilize third-party communication tools and project management platforms to facilitate communication between our team and clients. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and privacy of client data within our control, we are not responsible for the security or privacy practices of third-party communication platforms. Clients are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of service of these platforms before providing any sensitive information and are solely responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of any data they choose to share through these platforms.5. Fees and PaymentsClients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered on a monthly basis under our subscription model. Payments are made in advance for the upcoming month's services. Clients have the flexibility to pause or cancel their subscriptions at any time.Pausing a subscription allows clients to temporarily suspend services and resume them later without losing any remaining days of the subscription period. For example, if services are utilized for 7 days within a month and the subscription is paused, clients can resume their subscription at any time and utilize the remaining days of the month.Cancellation of a subscription results in no charges being held for the following month. Refunds for any remaining unused days are not issued in accordance with our refund policy.6. Refund PolicyRefunds will only be provided if work has not commenced on a client task. If a task has been initiated, indicated by the task card being moved to the "In Progress" column on the project management board, refunds will not be available. In cases where refunds are eligible, a 25% commission will be charged.7. ConfidentialityWe respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. All sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.8. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise agreed upon, all intellectual property rights associated with deliverables created during the provision of services will remain the property of Webeneo. Clients will receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment of fees.9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Webeneo and its directors, employees, members, independent contractors, or agents shall not be liable to clients or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, attorneys' fees, court costs, fines, forfeitures, or other damages or losses arising from the client's use of the website.The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webeneo and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all respective officers, members, agents, partners, employees, and independent contractors from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:- Use of the website.

Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.11.
